Czech name as well, though not very common. According to the statistics of Ministry of Inner Affairs - http://www.mvcr.cz/sprava/informat/cetnost/2007/jmena_muzi_cizinci/cet_jm_muzi_ciz.xls - there are 65 Jonatans in the Czech Republic.
Another Czech version is Jonatán. Even less used - only 8 of them.
