As much as I love my name "Josiane" I hate any name related to it such as Josephine or Josie or such names.. but I love my name, it's rare and you could make many cute names out of it, my fave is Jo. But I hate the fact that it is pretty hard for people to pronounce it, so I hate how it sounds sometimes. If you pronounce it well, I love it.
