Wow the double vowel makes it look so tacky and unprofessional.

Unique way of spelling Katie and quite cool but I prefer the original spelling Katie, Katey and Katy because “Kaety” just looks like a made up spelling.

Katie was good enough. No need to mangle it into an atrocious spelling.

I weirdly like this name, but also don't.
It reminds me of a somewhat ditzy girl with blonde hair that reaches her shoulders.

This is quite a weird way to spell Katie, which in itself shouldn't be the official name of a woman, but a nickname instead. It sounds very girly and youthful, after all, so the poor woman might not be taken seriously. Forget pretentious spellings and name her Katherine if you like this name.
