I really like Kamilla instead of Camilla in countries where a K at the beginning of a name really is common (Hungary, Germany etc.), but in the U.S. or GB it would seem so "kreatyve" if I met a girl called Kamilla instead of Camilla.

I like the spelling with the k instead of the c. It's sounds more natural, and givess birth to an image of a black haired, vibrant and funny girl.
