A famous bearer was American actor Keenan Wynn (July 27, 1916 – October 14, 1986). He's known for his roles in films such as 'The Clock' (1945), 'Week-End at the Waldorf' (1945), 'Annie Get Your Gun' (1950), 'Royal Wedding' (1951), 'Kiss Me, Kate' (1953), and 'Dr. Strangelove' (1964).

There is a character in Melissa Marrs books, Wicked Lovely, Ink Exchange and her newest and not yet released book Fragile Eternity, named Keenan. He is the Summer King.
