You could also add the usage "Ancient Roman (Hellenized)" to this name, because the ancient Greeks translated the name Cornelia into their language as Κορνηλία, which transcribed into English is Kornelia. The modern Greek spelling for the name is exactly the same, by the way - but due to e.g. phonetical changes in the Greek language (and therefore also its alphabet) over time, the (English) transcription for the name is a bit different. In modern Greek, the name is Kornilia. So, in summary: ancient Greek Κορνηλία (Kornelia) eventually became Κορνηλία (Kornilia) in modern Greek.- http://www.trismegistos.org/nam/detail.php?record=9963 (in English)
