As every Czech undoubtedly knows, Lenka is a stand-alone name rather than a pet name. Theoretically, it might be a diminutive of any name containing the "Lena" part, but it's not really used as such. There's Magda as short for Magdalena, Helča for Helena and so on. [noted -ed]
