Just heard it pronounced loo-shun on TV. I would have thought the other other pronunciation is correct, but now I like loo-shun better.

Also pronounced LOO-see-ən.

I think both this spelling and Lucien can be pronounced either LOO-shen or LOO-see-en.

I believe the Romanian pronunciation of this name is LOO-chyahn.
