My daughter uses this name. Her given name is Alexis, but as a baby her toddler brother couldn't say "Lexi" so he always called her Lucky. Now she insists upon it and when anyone tried to call her Alexis or Lexi she corrects them and insists upon Lucky. Anyone who knows her knows it fits perfectly!

Oh my God! Are you kidding me? This is girl's name too! I know too many girls named Lucky. It should be labeled "Feminine and Masculine" hello. It's a sweet name, but I'd only recommend it as a nickname. Children should have proper names.
