I named my daughter Marchella. Added the "h" to make sure English speakers pronounced it "ch" as the Italians do. No nicknames like Marcy, Cella though. Straight Marchella or Chella Bella only, please.

Actually, I am an English speaker, live in the United States, and pronounce the lovely name Marcella as mar-CHELL-la as well. I am not even Italian, either. *shrug* It sounds prettier that way.
