Margh is pronounced like Mark, but with a softer 'k' sound at the end, like the 'ch' in loch. The 'gh' sound in Cornish is nothing like an 'x'.
According to this site http://www.omniglot.com/writing/cornish.htm, the name is pronounced MARKS, with the "gh" making an "x" sound.
Sorry, that's actually Old Cornish.
