In Spain the informal word for "fat roll" (the annoying fat on the belly) is "michelín" ("michelines" if it's plural)... which is pronounced exactly like this name, just with a harsher ch. It was because of the tire company logo, everyone thought the logo was the personification of fat rolls so it stuck. To the point where the Royal Spanish Academy includes it on the official dictionary: https://dle.rae.es/michel%C3%ADnIf you use this name for a girl just make sure she's not gonna have to interact in Spanish speaking environments because her name being "fat roll" is bullying material.
Also French (Belgian) and Flemish: http://www.names.be/meisjesnamen.html?met=Micheline&sort=alpha
In france very rare and very dated.
