It makes me think of a lolita anime girl with giant bows in her hair, who always says 'nya!' and makes peace signs. No matter. I agree with the user above me, it would be a really cute name for a cat.

I think this is a good name for someone's pet kitty, or even a cat character in a manga or anime. The reason I think this is because of the name's pronunciation (or at least how I say it): it's said like "mee-ooh", like a sound a cat might make.
