I would consider using this for a future daughter as it’s my dads name spelled backwards, Allen! It’s very cute, and I especially like it as a middle name.

Nella is so cute, but it's almost too sweet. Nell is by far better, simple and to-the-point, unlike the girly Nella. I don't know any Nellas or Nelas, it seems to be fairly unique--I myself just prefer Nell, which is much more dignified.

I think this is a really pretty name. It can be a variant of Eleanor or Helen and is used in Scandinavian countries.
