Norbert is my name & I am proud of it. In India this name is very rare, I love it because it is also of a German priest (A holy person ) and the short form can be Nobby, Bert, Nobz, Berto or Nob. Norbert is not a nerdy name. It is a beautiful and strong name. I personally love it for my son. It is rather popular in Hungary.

While I also like Albert and Robert, Norbert is my favorite. It is popular in my country and have heard it at least once on a boy.

Every time I hear this name, I laugh because it reminds me of the movie, Norbit, which is probably one of the funniest movies ever.
