Reinhard is a very common name in Germany especially for the babies born between 1940-1960.
The Nazi association with the name is hardly existing in Germany. It's regarded as just another old name.
It is a medieval name anyway and was used centuries before the Nazis came.
If we would try and not use any of the names which were carried by third Reich guys, then the majority of German names would have to be banned.
