I have a cousin named Renata. I've always loved her name and how unique it is.
The meaning is really beautiful and I think that is what attracts me to this name.
Very pretty name with lovely meaning, and although it is unique in America, it is incredibly common in Mexico. my cousin named her daughter Renata and it was Number 9 in 2013 in Mexico and could almost become a mom name in 20-40 years so please take caution if you are in Latin America.
The sound and the meaning of Renata are beautiful. And it's unique, so that's a plus.
I live in the Untied States and my name is Renata. My father is from Croatia and is named Renato, the male version of the name. I was named this because before my father was born his grandmother thought Renata would be a nice name for a girl. Well, he was a boy so they named him Renato. While my mother was pregnant with me she thought it too was a lovely name and decided to name me Renata. I absolutely love my name and the beauty of it and its meaning. This name is more than just letters put together in my opinion, it is a beautiful message.
This is a beautiful name. I love the way it rolls off the tongue, and I love the meaning "born again." And the fact it isn't popular doesn't hurt either!
I have never heard of an English-speaking person having this name, but I like it. Considering it means "re-born" or "born-again" I'm surprised that more people don't have it what with all the evangelicals in this country.
I really like the name. I think it's pretty.
This is a gem of a name. I wish I was called Renata.
