Ρωμανός (Romanos) is actually Modern Greek and so the usage of this name should be changed to "Greek (Rare)", as there are definitely living Greek bearers of the name on Facebook and LinkedIn.
The proper Ancient and Byzantine Greek spelling is Ῥωμανός, which is polytonic (unlike modern Greek) and correctly transcribed as Rhomanos. Also compare Greek names from the main database that start with Ῥ- (Rh-), such as Rhode and Rhoxane.
