Sita

I say that because Rama actually exiled Sita twice even if the wife was faithful and pure, just because of his people's speeches. Sita was exiled also when she was pregnant with Rama's twins and was forced to grow the children alone in the forest. When they grew up Rama called Sita to his palace but he pretended another time to know Sita's purity. So she asked her mother (the Earth) to take her home and she banished underground.

Rama is not a hero in this story. He didn't rescue her, he was selfish and cruel.

Sita is my middle name which most people know me by. I think it is short, sweet and beautiful. In India it is a bit of an old fashioned name, but since I'm not actually Indian, to people in the UK it sounds quite modern. It also fits in well with my first name Elizabeth, as it's so short, so my name is Elizabeth Sita.
I like how the meaning "furrow" can also be taken as "come from the earth" since in the myth Sita was found as a baby in a furrow, and was regarded as being the daughter of the earth goddess. Also, another meaning in Spanish of 'Sita' or 'zita' is "rose".
