It is pronounced vyoh-LEH-ta in Spanish, both for meaning "purple color" and the flower and name.

This means "purple" in Spanish. When talking about the color (and probably the same with the name) it is pronounced VEE-OH-LAY-TAH.

The pronunciation you listed is incorrect. Violeta is pronounced Vyoh-leh-tah in Spanish. Your pronunciation would be written Víoleita/Víoleyta. Neither are names.
