This is so cute, and definitely uncommon. It might not be everyone's cup of tea, but I think it's cute and distinctive. Winnie would be an adorable nickname, and Wulfie would be a more out-there option, but still very sweet. When looking for a 'unique' name for their children, I don't think parents should stick 9 vowels in a 2 vowel name, but look into the past, it holds such treasures.
