I love this name! It looks beautiful written out on paper and is so unique - I've never heard of anyone called Xiana. I like it spelled with an X as well as it makes it even more unusual! I would pronounce this name as (ZEE-AH-NA) as that's how many people pronounce it. I love the nickname Zee or Ana :)

I prefer Xianna. Though Xiana is also very pretty!
