Named my daughter Yael because it was a character in a Herman Wouk book I had just read (she was a tall blonde Israeli lieutenant). I later found out biblically that Yael was credited with killing Cicero (leader of the occupying army) by luring him into her tent with her wiley feminine ways and killing him. This began many years of peace because of his death. She is tall and blonde but not yet a lieutenant.
It was Sisera who was killed by Yael (or Jael), not Cicero (different guy altogether).
