Yaroslav Vladimirovich Kudrinsky was a relief pilot on the doomed Aeroflot flight 593. Against regulations, he brought his children to the cockpit during flight, during which, his son accidentally disconnected the autopilot. Kudrinsky and his fellow crew then failed to regain control and the plane slammed a mountain range in South-Central Russia.
