Yekaterina Petrovna Zamolodchikova, more simply known as just "Katya", is a famous drag queen who appears on RuPaul's Drag Race. She often works in collaboration with fellow drag queen Trixie Mattel.

An assumed name of Ukraine from Axis Powers Hetalia is Yekaterina "Katyusha" Braginskaya.

Yekaterina Nikolayevna Strokova is a Russian athlete whose specialty is the discus throw. She represented her country at two consecutive World Championships, in 2013 and 2015, failing to qualify for the final on both occasions.

Yekaterina Gamova is a retired Russian volleyball player. She was a member of the national team that won the gold medals at the 2006 and 2010 FIVB Volleyball Women's World Championships, and the silver medal in both the Athens 2004 and Sydney 2000 Olympic Games. She is 2.02 m (6 ft 8 in) tall with EU size 49 feet, making her one of the tallest female athletes in the world. Her role was outside hitter/opposite. Playing with Dynamo Moscow she won the silver medal at the 2008–09 CEV Indesit Champions League, and she was awarded "Best Scorer". For the 2009/2010 season, she joined the Turkish team Fenerbahçe Acıbadem. With this team she won the Turkish League Championship and went to the 2010 CEV Indesit Champions League Final Four. Her team finished in the second place after being defeated by Volley Bergamo and she was awarded "Best Scorer". On May 2016, Gamova announced on Match TV and on her Facebook page that she wants to retire from her sports career because of an injury. With that said, she won't participate at the 2016 Summer Olympics. After the Olympics in London on 17 August 2012, she married the Russian cinematographer and producer Michael Mukasey.

Yekaterina Vinogradova s a Russian swimmer. She competed at the 2000 Summer Olympics in the 100 m and 200 m butterfly and finished in 31st and 18th place, respectively.

Yekaterina Lobysheva is a Russian speed skater who won a bronze medal in the women's team pursuit at the 2006 Winter Olympics and the 2014 Winter Olympics. She's specialized in the distances of 1000 m, 1500 m, and team pursuit.
