They are kind of close, but not over the top for sisters. I think they're both lovely names...very feminine and classy, though popular.
If I were to choose one over the other, I'd go with Elizabeth (I prefer the spelling Elisabeth), since it's one of my top favorites. I don't think you can go wrong either way, though.
My favorite Elizabeth combo is Elizabeth Maria, but I also like Elizabeth Ava, Elizabeth Raina, and Elizabeth grace.
My favorite Isabella combo is Isabella Grace, but I also like Isabella Rose, Isabella Faith, and Isabella Haven.
