I actually like Leona and Patrick as a sibset a lot, so even if it was trouble, I think it worked out well. Your G/G set is my favourite- I love all those names and Ingrid and Frances made adorable twins, without being matchy.I don't think Dylan Jason & Casey Rowan is very trendy. I personally don't like any of the names except for Jason very much, but they're not particularly trendy. They also flow together as a set of twins nicely.
