Nila, because I have nice associations with it. I knew a Nila and a Neelam, very pretty names :)Nova just sounds sci-fi to me, though nothings wrong with it. Neva is ok, but I prefer Nila.

NilaI think it's very pretty (though I prefer Mila). Neva and Nova really don't appeal to me, and I find Nova a little tacky.

They're all nice, but Neva reminds me of the word "never." Nila and Nova are both lovely. Personally, I'd probably go with Nova.

Nila! Nova is to trendy..

Neva is cute but ultimately always ends up reminds me of Nevaeh.Nova is adorable, nice meaning, though I sometimes end up thinking of the car Chevy Nova.Nila is great, the only problem with it is that even though I know it's NEE-la, when I see it I automatically think NIE-la and I'm afraid other people will too. I do love Neela though.I think my pick of the three would be Nila though.

I prefer Nova by default.Neva always makes me wonder nee-va or neh-va? Same thing with Nila, neela or nilla? Even with it being pronounced neela when it's written I think nilla thanks to Nilla Wafers. So that leaves only Nova. Nova makes me think of Chevy Nova, one of the most poorly named cars ever. no va = no go in Spanish. Still, I have no confusion on how it's pronounced and I think the name has an overall pleasant sound.

I like Nila best. Neva is very nice (and I know a woman with this name, but she's a little loopy :b) but reminds me of nevus, a mole on the skin. Nova reminds me of the PBS show, and is a little too 'out there' for me--pardon the pun, LOL.

My favorite would be Nila if it was spelt Neela. I guess I like Nova best out of the three.

Nila is my favoriteNova reminds me of my dad's first car, and Neva just isn't doing it for me. Maybe it reminds me of Nevaeh. =/Nila is gorgeous though, really.

Nova. I just love the associations. The latin language. Astronomy. Its so connected to age and possibility for me. The others are fine, but I don't have the same connection to them. My runner up in Neva.

Goodness, it's too hard to choose! In order of least favorite to favorite:Neva- It's okay, but nms.
Nova- Pretty good name. Reminds me of the character Novalee off of 'Where the Heart Is' [can't decide if that's good or bad].
Nila- I love this name, but I prefer it spelled Neela. It reminds me of Dr. Neela Rasgotra from the television series E.R.

Haha, I didn't remember about the ER character, but that's probably partly why I like that name best. I didn't realize her name was spelled Neela. I prefer the Nila spelling, though as I'm typing it, I'm thinking of Nilla Wafers. :-/

None of them are really my style but I love the meaning of Nova. Based on that, Nova gets my vote.

I like Neva best, I guess because it's the only one I've seen before. Nova is kind of interesting, it reminds me of supernova. Nila looks empty, like nil.

Hmm... This is hard! I love all three, but I have to say Nova is my favorite. Nova Celeste is my favorite Nova combo.

Neither, but if I were forced to choose I would go with Neva because it has substance without being as harsh as Nova. I far prefer Nina to the names you suggested here. I think Nina is sweet and feminine and it reminds me of Nina Simone.
