I love the nickname Liv and would like my daughter to go by Liv, however I don't like it as the full name. Olivia is beautiful but way too popular for me. I don't want her to be Olivia U. out of a bunch of other Olivias in her class. Any other names that Liv could be short for?Thanks!

I'm not 100% sure that you're pronouncing Liv correctly, no offense. Liv is my sister's roomate's name, and it is a full name of Scandinavian origin, pronounced "LEEV," not "live." But if you wanted to say it the latter way, I guess it would be ok. How about Livia? I'm kind of having a brain-lapse at the moment, but I'll edit if I think of any others.
