I like Cosette very much. It's our kitten's name (she was 9 mos. on March 1). We named her that because she was so tiny and helpless at first. She was only six weeks old when her owners decided to dump her so we had to take her in. Anyway, she gets called Cozy a lot so if you go for this, make sure you don't mind the nn. It comes quite naturally. ;-)

I think of Les Miserables, but I like it.

Having never read Les Miserables (yes that's awful I know) I hadn't heard the name before and I have to admit my first impression wasn't great, but I've been saying it in my head and it's actually got a really sweet sound, I've fallen in love with it! And although it's quite cutesy I can imagine a grown woman called Cosette no problem, probably because it's quite similar to Colette. It's perfect!
