Katy, because that is how I spell my nickname.
2)wdyto of the name Katy/Katie?
It's a nice nickname, but don't use it as the full name. I think it sounds slightly childish for a grown woman, though. Please use Katherine/Catherine or Kathleen with Katy/Katie as the nickname. I am almost always called Katy but I am so glad my name is really Kathleen.
3)any good middle names for it?
Nope, since I don't like it as a full name
