Help[Opinions] Elodie
Well...those of you who have been on the polls recently will probably have noticed my current obsession with the name Elodie! I have only come across it recently but I really love it. What do you guys think? Also, which spelling/version do you prefer - Elodie, Elody or Alodia (which the BtN database says it is the French form of)? What sort of person would it bring to mind?

It's a nice name, though I mainly associated to a slightly annoying and bimbo-esque French girl I know.

Elodie is starting to be slightly popular in my area, which is French-speaking.Since I don't know any adults with the name,I have no real picture in mind of the person it suggests.

I love Elodie prn. the proper french way- Ay-lo-dee. With the accent on the E. I also really like Eh-loh-dee, although I try not to!
I like Alodia alright, but I like Elodia (Eh-lo-dee-ah) even better. Have you considered that version?

I prefer Elodie. It makes me think of a sweet girl with dark, curly hair.
