I like India - I don't think it's trashy at all - in fact to me it's a middle class, slightly arty name. India is the sister of Caspian and Alfie for me.
I do have issues with country names in general but I'd use India.
I don't think it's especially associated with TGWTW character, thankfully - wasn't India Wilkes prissy and spiteful.
(Veering OT a bit - I think Honey is sweet but it's a bit trashy.)
