If you wanted to use the nickname Callie for a girl, which name would you prefer as a full name? Caledonia or Calanthea?

I'd go with Calanthe, from your choices I like Calanthea better.

Calanthea, but I prefer Caroline. :)

Of your two, Calanthea. Personally, I'd use Callista or even Caroline.

Of those two, Calanthea. Calandra, Callista, Calliope, etc. Are also quite nice.

Calanthea. Caledonia sounds more like country or territory. I would use Calista if it were me.

Probably Calanthea, but I don't like either one. Caledonia doesn't sound like a name at all and Calanthea sounds like a kitchen appliance. I'd prefer Calista or Calla.

Out of those two options, Caledonia. But I'd pick Caroline otherwise.

Oooh...I had never though of Caroline nn Callie. I have always loved Callie but none of the typical full names had ever really inspired me and I have always loved Caroline but have fancied none of the potential nicknames...I am really loving Caroline nn Callie! Thanks!

I knew a girl who went by Callie, her full name was Callista. (:
I prefer Callista to Caledonia and Calanthea.

Calanthea, Caledonia looks weird to me. Calista and Calanthe are also an option.

Calanthea - but Callista is better!

I'd use Calliope or Calypso actually, but from your options I'd use Caledonia.

Calista! That's what I'd use at least. It means 'most beautiful'.
