I'm one of the few who dislike Charlotte. It brings to mind a dowdy, frumpy, plain, older woman for me. I think it's dowdy and frumpy. I think it's already making a comeback.

I always feel like I'm in the minority because many people seem to love the name but it just doesn't appeal to me.

When I looked it up, I noticed it jumped from #102 in 2007 to #87 in 2008. So it's already coming back.
