I actually really like the name Sky. I would spell it Sky because Skye looks misspelled.
Sky was never trendy. Names like Skyler are more trendy than the name Sky itself, imo.
I don't think Sky will ever become uber popular but it will probably become more and more popular for awhile.
There are a few older girls (and boys), ages 7-18 or so, with this name that I know of in my area. I know more Skyler's than Sky's though.
