It's a form of Issac. Although the Polish form of Isaac is Izaak the form Ajzyk is also known. Just like you would pronounce Isaac in English(This is the first time a Polish pronunciation has ever been so easily explained on my part!) The form Izaak is pronounced EE-zahk.
