I would say it is a variation of the Russian/Est European (originally Greek) name Paraskeva, which seems to have a lot of different forms: Petka,
Paraskeve,
Paraskevi, Praskovie, Pyatnitsa, Pyetka, Paraskevoula, Paraschiva, Voula.
The romanization from cyrillic and the fact that arabic alphabet doesn't usually mark the vowels could explain the strangeness of this particular name.
