[Opinions] Why?
Sorry to sound harsh, but I'm getting sick of this trend where purely MASCULINE names are used on girls. It doesn't matter how feminine a masculine name sounds, it's masculine, period. There are naming rules that you just don't break, and this is one of them. This is why there are feminine forms of masculine names, so they can be used on girls without sounding silly. There are tons of feminine names, pick one of them. Declan is all masculine to me, it would be best left used for a son.
