All three are nice and would make fantastic sister names. I like Amelia the best, but it's getting popular these days. I think it would be more refreshing to meet a little Georgia or Jane. Given the choice between Georgia and Jane, I would probably go with Georgia as long as she wasn't called Georgie.
Out of your combos, I like:
Georgia Hope
Jane Cordelia - Beautiful.
Lydia is lovely, but Amelia Lydia is a bit of a mouthful.
How about Amelia Hope? I think Amelia needs something more unusual than Anne as a middle name to set it apart.
