Millicent is very sweet, although I'm more drawn to Melisande. :-)
Someone on the boards (New_Chloe?) once came up with the nn Penny for Millicent. Get it, "-cent" / penny? It stuck with me because it was so clever. Of course darling Millie / Milly also works perfectly well.
