I like both names separately, particularly Isla, but they're too close for siblings if they both start with the "IE" sound, which is how I pronounce both. I'm not sure how they got AY-la from Isla unless the "AY" is supposed to be pronounced basically like the word "aye" in this case. I've always heard Isla pronounced IE-la (rhyming with Kyla).
