I like it. It has more 'spice' than Theodora (I prefer it to Theodora the same way I prefer Alexandria to Alexandra). I absolutely love it as a middle name. I think it's a bit long for a first name, but I would be happy to meet one. It's frilly in a good way- mature, not girlish or silly.
