Hm, interesting. Boy or girl? As a middle name, it wouldn't be awful for either one. I find it very fresh.
Personally, though if I think about that song, it just makes me want to use Emmanuel as a middle name. I'd love it if my husband let me do that! The meaning is just fantastic.
