[Opinions] Re: Marilla
I always loved Small Anne Cordelia's name. :) I can't think of it without the "small" part on the front, since I never managed to get all the way through the series--only up to the point that she appeared. (I literally read only the first chapter or so of the book where Anne's children took over the story, heh.) I also love Joyce (and Jocosa!) and Marilla "Rilla," though I'm too much a fan of Amaryllis "Rylla" to want to use it.Alexandra Joyce~ I'd be far more interested in seeing Joyce Alexandra. Alexandra is so boring at this point.
Catherine Marilla / Marilla Catherine~ The C works well here--I suppose because Marilla was a Cuthbert. :) I generally prefer the spelling Katharine, but Marilla Katharine looks too hard.
Catherine Joyce~ Katharine Joyce, though, I could handle. Once again, I'd much prefer Joyce Catherine, since I know way too many Kathryn/Katherine/Catherines who are of elementary school age.
Máiri Cordelia~ I like this one best of the combos here, I think. Both names are lovely, and they sound nice together.Array

So oftentimes it happens that we live our lives in chains, and we never even know we have the key.

Joyce Alexandra is fantastic, as is Joyce Catherine! I like the look and sound of both.I, of course, am a fan of Máiri Cordelia and I'm glad to see that someone else likes it, too. :) To me, the combo sounds a tad bit Old-World-ish and mystical.
