I looooooove Kaia. Very spunky. I like Kaya too, but I think Kaia ages better.

I like Kaja, but none of the C spellings look right to me. I'd want to prn. them differently, and they bring to mind Chaya, which is probably why my instincts lean towards the Kah-yah or Kay-ah prn. for the C spellings.
Caya looks like Cay-ah. I much prefer Kaya.

My vote goes to Kaia, then Kaya, then Kaja in that order. The first two seem more straight forward in an english speaking country, but that would't stop me using Kaja.
