This is how I pronounce each name as I see it written down.
carrow-LINE
rozz-a-LINE
emmuh-LEEN
madduh-LEN or madduh-LINE. Don't really have a fixed pronounciation for this one.

If I met someone with one of these names in person, I'd pronounce their name however they said it, but if it was via email or sth I'd say it with the above pronounciations.
My favourite name here is Emmeline, but not when it's said emmuh-LINE. Ugh. And I also really like Caroline. Much better than Carolyn.
