It's prettier. phonetically and visually. Meadow is like a rainbow! M is pink, E green, A yellow, D ligher green, O light blue, W lilac. It's almost Lisa Frank ish.
Willow has got a lot of unvivid letters and is muted and purple.
I think Med is prettier than Wil. It's brighter, more fantastical, less dramatic.
I really like both names.
I wish more people approved of the sisterset. I think it's pleasantly matchy but not over the top. I'd really like to meet a Meadow and a Willow sisterset and if I loved the names enough would be happy to use them. The phonetics don't bother me at all.
