I love the name Una (oo-na) so much, don't really dig the you-na pronunciation. I love Una Antoinette. Actually if I used Una the mn would definitely be Antoinette because that is the only middle name I am really stuck on if I ever have a daughter! The only other combos I like on your list are Una Maeve, Una Rosaline , and Una Violet.
