I really don't like Delilah, because of the Biblical Delilah. I personally wouldn't use it for a DD of my own. I also don't like the meaning of the name. Are you sure you wouldn't use just Lila instead? It's so much nicer and sounds more classy to me.

The bible means nothing to me. And meanings aren't overly valued either. I just think its pretty
